Matthías Þór Bjarkason

Matthías Þór Bjarkason is an 11-year-old guitarist who studies with Bjorn Thoroddsen and also attends guitar lessons at the Hafnarfjörður School of Music.

Matthías is an exceptionally accomplished guitarist for his age. He has shown great dedication and has progressed rapidly. His interest in playing with others started early, and he formed his first band at just nine years old.

Matthías also plays guitar regularly at the Sunday school of Fríkirkjan in Hafnarfjörður, where he has gained valuable experience performing and playing with others.

He has a particular passion for rock and energetic guitar playing, and enjoys taking on challenging songs and new musical challenges.
